LLA must apologise that over the weekend of the 20th, 21st and 22nd of April 2018 our ISP server crashed and we were unable to access our emails and the website was also not working. Happily everything is now back and working.
If you sent us an email over the weekend we haven’t received it and you may well have received a ‘message undelivered’ message. Please send it again if you can.
Our other problem is that ALL our emails appear to have been deleted both send and receive for all our accounts covering the last four years! At this stage we don’t know if they will be able to be restored. This is a significant challenge for us. As such we ask customers to be patient with our responding to enquiries and if they have a record of any email correspondence between us we would very much appreciate copies to be forwarded to our accounts.
